Detailed description:
Part of a group of privately owned and funded companies set up in 1998, the Lace Market group has successfully completed over 893 new apartments within 8 years of trading. Another 712 apartments are currently under construction, with over 3, 500 apartments going through the planning proicess. We have developed 415, 000 square feet of residential space to date, creating £91.25 million of value. The aim is to now export the group's successful approach to other selected towns and cities around the UK.
Liaise with planning departments to develop our urban regeneration. Work closely with planning officers in the development of broader urban block concepts and specific scheme proposals. Complete initial due diligence and site appraisals for each development.
