Food in all its aspects is Iza's main passion, and her enthusiasm to communicate this love for food has been the drive for starting up La Cuizine. She believes in seasonality of ingredients, which brings out the best of locally sourced ingredients, and in the nourishing component of food cooked with care and skills.
