The market exhibitions continued for a number of years until premises adjacent to their own property in Red Lane became available and new offices and a showroom were opened. This soon became the main area of display and the extra office space provided by the larger building accommodated growth within the company.

In 1994 part of the workshops at Red Lane were converted to allow for the manufacture of PVCu windows and doors. This was a turning point in the history of the company as it allowed complete quality control over the products being produced and sold.

During it's time at Red Lane the manufacturing department grew to a point where two shifts were required to handle the workload. This problem was eased when new premises were sought and in 2001 the department moved to a purpose built unit in Kennet Close on Northway Industrial Estate where all their uPVC products, including conservatories, are now produced.

L&L currently employ over 30 staff involved in sales, survey, manufacture, installation, service, administration and customer care.
