Komal began as a business 25 years ago, steadily building up trade before being taken over by the current owners seven years ago. The business has continued to go from strength to strength, due mainly to the attention to detail in both the cuisine and the exceptional service. With its contemporary taste, all the staff are trained to the highest standard and this reflects in the warm and professional welcome, with many of our diners becoming regular visitors who return to sample our fantastic menu. Our outstanding menu has many familiar dishes to choose from, but also some which aren’t.

Starting with our Appetisers, there are the usual favourites such as Chicken Tikka Boti, our mildly spiced Meat Samosa, succulent Chicken Wings or tender minced lamb Sheekh Kebab. Our famous Tandoori Specials which are cooked on skewers over charcoal in clay ovens, include marinated chicken, lamb and king prawns. Jalfrezi Dishes (which are medium hot), again chicken, lamb and king prawns, are all cooked with fried tomatoes, green peppers, green chillies and fresh coriander.

All our Vegetable Dishes are made with the very freshest vegetables, and include dishes such as Mushroom Bhaji, Sag Aloo (spinach & potatoes), Tarka Dall (lentils), and Brinjal Bhaji (aubergine).
