  Unable to deliver tracked item as not in to sign for. Postcard left stating item could be picked up from local PO in 24 hre. Still not there 48 hours later. Tracked on line and states that it is in regional SO awaiting instructions. Called number of Regional SO and got no reply!!

  • Jim Culross:I was furious on Sat 23/06 when the Postman put a card through my letter box telling me to collect a package from the local DO in 48hrs although he never knocked or rang the bell. As I live on the 7th floor in a block of flats, I was able to take the lift and arrive at the ground level prior to the Postman. I showed him the card and asked for my package whereupon he refused and told me I would have to pick it up from the DO on Monday. How is that for customer relations.
