The Staff at Kingsbridge have come from major insurance brokers, the majority through a management buyout from Jardine Lloyd Thompson plc (JLT) in March 2001. Kingsbridge senior staff have experience of major UK and multinational clients and the servicing, insurance purchase and risk management issues that go with this.
