service

Poor customers service. Apparently can only give you the type of chicken pieces they want to give (unlike every other kfc which allows you choice. Staff have poor english(mostly illeterate foreigners). Always long wait times as they're always waiting for food to be cooked. Where do they find such people

Racial Abuse by manager

18 October 2010

After my order being taken at the drive through i got to the window and was informed of the total. i didnt have enough on my card to cover it so i told the manager on the window id transfer the ammount via my phone and to wait a few seconds whilst i did. I was then hit with verbal abuse and as she walked off i overheard a racial comment about me. This is simply unacceptable so i just drove away.

Rotten Chicken at KFC

18 September 2010

Visited Bentley Bridge KFC today 18th September 2010, ordered my food As i sat down and began to eat, about the second bite or so, i could smell a rancid odor. It took me a few seconds to realize it was the chicken and closer inspection showed that it looked and smelled rotten. The breading did a good job to hide both the odor and appearance. My appetite was ruined by this and i explained my problem to the staff/ he went and left me in limbo only to return and tell me that all they could do is swap and get me more chicken! i was flabbergasted and asked to see the manager, who i was told was busy after waiting to close to 30 mins she came spewing threats and insisting i should contact customer careline as she cant smell the chicken to ascertain its freshness (company policy!), she was very rude and said its up to me to do the follow up...the number she gave for the customer care line is a 0845 number! very poor customer service and hazardous food sold here be very worried....am hoping i dont end up at New cross hospital tonite had to cancel my date in case i get ill today.
