KEYSTONE DESIGN ASSOCIATES LTD

Keystone Design Associates Ltd are consulting engineers specialising in the built environment. We are principally structural engineers but also offer a range of ancillary support services including planning supervision under the design management regulations (CDM 2007), building design and project management.

The business was originally founded in 1989 by the current Managing Director David Hadwin trading as Keystone Design Consultants. The company grew steadily over the next decade despite the recession years, and in February 1998 was incorporated as Keystone Design Associates Limited. With a head office on the Fylde coast the company operates predominantly in the North West although we have been involved in prestigious schemes as far a field as St Lucia. The experience of our staff includes work in the local government and private sector environments. We have gained particular expertise in the local geology and in foundation engineering, structural engineering, (including seismic loading and bridge design), civil engineering (including water related projects, airfield design & maintenance, and coastal engineering), and are chartered planning supervisors.
