    Rent was constantly late for the first few months as they had arranged for the tenant to bring cash to their offices when rent was due. I had to chase Keys for the rent each month until I insisted that a standing order was set up (I don't know why this wasn't done to begin with - I should have insisted but I trusted that they knew what they were doing). More hassle than they're worth.
