Short profile:

Each year we arrange trips to a PGL centre (Kingswood Centre) in Cromer, Suffolk. Each year the Head teacher takes pupils away on a weeks skiing in Austria. Through the Borough's SSCO programme we can offer regular specialist coaching on site or at specialist Centres. Primary pupils go swimming every week of the year and groups also go horse-riding for the disabled once a week. Each year the Head of PE takes a group of secondary pupils away to Salcombe, Devon for sailing activities.

Famous authors regularly visit the school. Pupils enjoy meeting authors and get to know the people behind the books they love to read. Throughout the year there are also many visits from musicians and entertainers. Last year we had visits from the Handel House Museum staff, The BBC Singers, The Pocket Opera Company, African Drummers, a Steel Band and numerous musicians who ran workshops for the pupils.  Price Waterhouse Coopers provides a pantomime each year for primary pupils.

A Vauxhall Showroom in Waltham Cross provides a Christmas Party for the whole school, at the end of each Autumn Term. The London Cab Drivers association provides a great day out each Summer Term, to Southend-On-Sea.
