Both divisions are operated from our multi-site facilities in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire which is an ideal central location. The goal for all divisions is to provide a value added offering to all our customers with excellent service levels.
JP Distribution is a focused UK distributor of complimentary products aimed at the imaging professional and enthusiast. The portfolio consists of leading brands, sold via our comprehensive multi channel dealer network, for which JP Distribution has exclusive distribution rights. JP Distribution has a separate dedicated team that has a huge amount of experience gained in imaging distribution and retailing.
JP Service Solutions is a dedicated provider of pan-European service solutions for consumer electronic products with a significant competence in optical devices. There are three core solution areas offered by JP Service Solutions – Technical support, Product Returns Management and Servicing & Repairs. In each of these areas there is a suite of solutions available that customers can choose from.
