Positive Start programme: No matter what your age or ability, the Positive Start Programme is designed to introduce new students to the traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. On the Positive Start Programme new students will learn all of the fundamental skills such as hand and foot techniques and self defence. It will give the students an essential grounding in the martial art that will help them to progress onto the Blackbelt Leadership Programme, and most importantly they will have fun doing it.
