We are a family run business with over 20 years of project management working with domestic & commercial clients.

Detailed description:
We carry full liability insurance and all work is carried out by John and his four team members. We work in association with Architects, Planners, Structural engineers and Building control officers.
In June 2004 John setup J MILLS DEVELOPMENTS LTD which concentrates on the larger specialist extensions, school contract work and commercial projects.
All our employees are CITB and 'Total People' trained and complete a full apprenticeship. We are affiliated to the CITB Construction Industry Training Board.

John Mills Builders provide first-class construction and project management services for building projects.
During constuction we liaise throughout the project with Building Control Officers of the local authority. This is to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, giving you 'peace of mind' and is all part of our project management services.
