Snowyowl111I have used John Baldwin a couple of times to have rings re-sized and bracelets enlarged and the work has been of a high standard. When you can get the staff to actually serve you that is!
I have just left there today and will not be going back. First I was left to stand in the shop for 5 minutes whilst the 2 staff on duty were in the back room having a chat. Then when I asked if they did engraving the answer was yes they did but they had to send it away so I may as well take my fiances £500 wedding ring to the COBBLERS to get it engraved. They wouldn't even give me a price!!! And to top it off they had left the keys in one of the cabinets. I could have walked off with loads whilst I was stood around unsupervised waiting for them to finish their conversation.
It isn't the first time I've been left unimpressed by John Baldwin staff but it will be the last.

He loves design, and the media he works in; he loves the people he deals with, and has a talent and ability to develop superb quality. He is up there with the best in the world.
