Poor service

If this organisation were a private company it would by now have gone bankrupt. It seems impossible to contact any living person and one grows tired of talking to answer phones. Do I give up or waste even more time trying to find someone to answer the phone?

budgeting loan forms

i have been trying to find the number via internet and phone book to obtain a budgeting loan form and i am annoyed as after getting through to 0844 474 265, the only number available, they couldn't help either. i have been trying for an hour and half to find somthing i foun easily a year ago.
