(I'm not a 'Consultant'.) I do this by having immediate access to the complementary high-quality resources I utilise.
My costs are whatever we agree as being a fair rate for my role. I'm happy for part of this to depend on your satisfaction with my contribution, and I wouldn't expect costs to be an obstacle to us working together. I always provide a detailed project estimate in advance.
