A member of the sugarcraft guild with 26 years cake baking and decorating experience we aim to give you the best cake you have ever tasted. Every cake is individually designed to meet the customers requirements and every cake is handmade and individually baked from raw fresh ingredients that are sourced locally wherever possible . Those ingredients that are sourced from further away must have ethical and ecological credentials we can check. We can make all of our cakes to using wheat free, dairy free and vegan recipes and we are developing new recipes continuously , to offer more choice to our customers.
