We have a passion for the village of Muswell Hill and its environs, and a love of the diverse architectural styles, which radiate from the heart of Muswell Hill Broadway all the way to the peripheries.

The aim of the company has always been, to make the process of buying and selling as painless as possible for all parties concerned, and also to fully involve the agency and its staff members into the life of the local community.

Established in 1990 is an Independent and family run firm.

It is our aim: To provide an efficient, harmonious and professional level of service with a human touch.

The team make a point of getting to know and understand vendors expectations, and ensure, through factual communication, that they remain realistic and achievable. This, together with an understanding of applicants needs, tastes and requirements, has allowed us to consistently meet one of our primary objectives, that of ... matching the right people with the right homes, in a timely manner.

In addition, we continually attempt to raise the public awareness of how professional agents can and should conduct themselves when dealing with, what is after all, the most expensive purchase most people make in their lives.

To extend this commitment to the ethics and service levels we have always aspired to, became a founder member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme. The scheme was formed - with the guidance of the National Association Of Estate Agents (NAEA) - as an independent body to protect the interests of both vendors and purchasers against unethical and improper practice by estate agents.

We were delighted that our objectives were recognised by our peers, when we won the National Awards sponsored by the NAEA for Independent Estate Agent of the Year 1995/1996 and Best Management & Lettings Office of the Year 1996/1997.
