Hypnotherapy, CBT & NLP are able to improve your quality of living by helping you leave behind anxieties, phobias, habits or limiting beliefs which may be causing you unnecessary difficulties, and enabling you to deal with other areas of concern, for instance, relaxation techniques for IVF, pregnancy and childbirth, and any food, nutrition, eating problems or weight loss issues, learning natural healthy methods of weight management. These are some of the problems I can help you with, using Hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is now rightfully taking a more mainstream place in healing, as people are becoming more aware of the beneficial effect it can have on their lives. It is important it continues to develop in a positive way with due regard to the rights of clients, allowing them to trust their hypnotherapist as they would their doctor, with normal medical confidentiality.

Detailed description:

Hypnosis has been used since the Ancient Egyptian time for healing purposes, and although there have been gaps in it's history, it has always resurfaced due to it's success in helping people find their own inner resources to overcome a variety of personal problems and/or challenges. In more recent times Anton Mesmer created 'Mesmerism' which was supposedly a magnetic force, not true hypnotherapy, though unfortunately sometimes confused with it. James Braid was the true father of British Hypnotherapy, a down to earth Scottish G.P. who placed great importance on evidence that could be proven, and produce real measurable changes. You can only achieve what you believe you can.

Aligning your subconscious mind with your conscious mind has a powerful impact. It is this that gives hypnotherapy it's strength. It gives me enormous pleasure and satisfaction to widen your horizons so you can achieve more than you ever thought possible in your life. How often do you say 'I can't'? I can enable you to develop the confidence you may feel you would like to have.

Hypnotherapy is generally a relaxing comfortable experience, it changes the brain waves to a low slow form, similar to meditation, quite different to normal sleep, though having similar restorative powers. It allows you to assimilate positive ideas for your well being in such a way that you find yourself accessing resources of your own unconscious mind that up to now, have been hidden from you.
