Office: Refurbishment and fitting out of numerous Government offices nationally including Inland Revenue, Lord Chancellor’s department, HSE, MOD, Immigration and Nationality. We are also approved consultants for Hampshire Constabulary with whom we are currently preparing designs for alterations to several police stations.

Residential: Numerous individually designed residences and extensions including a two-storey extension in Clifton, Bristol nominated for a National House Builders design award.

Public House and Restaurant: Ongoing alterations, extensions and refurbishment of several public houses and restaurants.

Retail: We are currently commissioned by Tesco Stores Limited to design alterations and refits to Tesco stores nationally including the procurement of Planning, Listed Building, Building Regulation and Signage consents.

Disabled: Numerous disabled access projects and recently completed extension to Disabled Living Centre in Bristol.

Industrial: We have recently completed design and construction drawings for a new facility at Aberthaw Power Station and a large new storage facility for Park Furnishers in Bristol.

Surveying: Pre-impoundment surveys for Cardiff Bay Development Corporation; condition surveys and asset registers for various government departments’ properties including the preparation of building fabric asset register for MOD procurement HQ at Abbeywood, We have recently completed building surveys and prepared asset registers for all National Probation Service premises in seven regions.
