annoyed i found the staff very opinoinative, i went in there to have my hair cureled and pinned up, allthough they did a good job, they didnt use any heat protection products on my hair and then complained to me after that my hair is in bad condintion after they just fryed it!

Chloe LouiseI had an appointment booked with Jellybeans for a full head of highlights I arrived at the sallon the staff were not very proffesional and did not even take my coat.I was there for 5 minutes when the lady who was ment to be doing my hair said she colud not saying it was in bad condition witch is fair enough but she was quite rude about it. Yes Jellybeanz is quite a prefessional sallon however no amount of professionalism can account for good manners and freindliness.

fed up customerbooked for a restyle yesterday came out with trimmed layers and ends and a conditioning treatment, was told when booking new clients were entitled to cut and dry offer-cost me £39? but my biggest gripe - the stylist was far more interested in whatever was happening in the chair next to me, she wasn't concentrating on my hair at all and didn't really attempt to find out what i was after or that i really wanted a re style. Very Dissapointed she was actually quite rude won't be going back there! I really wish i had got up and walked out but my hair was wet

JulieJellybeanz are a very talented bunch, I have never come out of this hairdressers & been unhappy with the service. If you are nervous of hairdressers (as I used to be) then book an appointment with Grant or Natalie (the rest of the team are great too!!!) to get second to none service & helpful advice. You will never be disappointed I promise!
