Bean54Bought a Focus 3 weeks ago - really good service, with professional, helpful staff. When high winds disrupted communication regarding collection (the power pole fell down) the staff quickly arranged delivery - top dollar and much better than the usual garage service.

Miss HAll I can say about this garage is it all looks nice and sounds great on the adverts , However once you arrive you soon realise it is all lies to get you there and if you don’t agree to their terms then you are soon met with a very abrupt attitude. JJ I have to say has the worst people skills ever; I would not recommend this place to anyone....

Tim JWell what can I say but STAY WELL CLEAR , they advertised a focus with 29k for £5500 yet when I arrive its £6500 ? the one for £5500 sold the day before ... Likley story they advertise cheap to get you there but all the cars are 500-1000 more than the papers prices. JJ = rude no customer care at all!!!

- DOGIE: This garage charges you for tax yet when you get the car they have simply just stuck the previous owners tax disc on the car, in my case it was registered "Disabled" making the car not legal for me to drive. Be Very Careful When Dealing With This Garage.

I purchased my focus a few months ago and yes have had some trouble but found the aftersales great and all is fine now. Thank you JJA

MasonFrankly their entire setup gives me the creeps -Shady small Garage which on calling starts with an automated advert that tells you that with a single garage they have managed to sell 1000's of cars last year (1000 is at the rate of 3 every day !) .At the website you get Mr Jason with his upright hand proclaiming No 1 Status...All too much for me .. Decided to go to one of the larger dealers and even with a few hundred quid more at least I reasonably believe what I get and can expect some after sales service .

Mr. HolleranNO car dealership is trustworthy in my view - BUT Jason Jones is better than all that I have had recent dealings with.
E***, a very large dealership in Cambridge sold me a 6-year old very low mileage car with "Full Service History" - that I later discovered had NEVER had a service(!) - and I had to threaten legal action to get a refund (in future I will ask for documentary evidence BEFORE buying the car: lesson learned).
Jason Jones kept his promises and has a huge selection of very distinctive cars - I'd happily recommend him BUT on the proviso that extreme care is needed when dealing with EVERY car dealership and DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING you're told; I did and everything checked-out - I've been very happy with my low-mileage, 6-year old Hyundai Sonata I purchased from Jason Jones and I would definitely consider him in future when buying a car.

Mel Non existent Ethics and Opportunist Company .If you happen to see them via the Net please be sure that you keep a note of the Prices quoted as the rates onsite are very different .No ask no know and you end up paying the higher price if you are not smart enough to ask.
