Tom MiddletonThe only thing Jap Autos are good at is taking your money. I bought a recon axle of them for my hilux, had to send my old unit back on exchange basis. When i recieved the new axle it was my old axle that had been painted black and fitted with the wrong ratio diff, absoloutly useless. They obviously havnt got a clue what they are doing. Then when you try to call them the person you need to speak to isnt there, surprise surprise. STAY CLEAR, THEY ARE SCUM.

nicola holmsClearly the 'good' reviews on here are written by the company themselves! This is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life! I have been left without a car for 2 months due to them sending a wrong part then sending me a faulty turbo. Customer service is unlike anything i have ever exprienced absolute joke! Can not get a refund from them. DO NOT USE THEM...BE WARNED

adolf jackmy car was ran out of power dont know why i contacted jap autos they told me your torque convertor needed to be change i went to them they replaced my torque convertor now my car seems working fine :)
