Over our 130-year history we have built up a unique position in the UK property market with a reputation for integrity, independence and innovation. As a private limited company, wholly owned by the directors of the business, we employ some 40 professionally qualified staff, including 15 directors.

The directors of the business work with highly motivated teams offering a hands on personal service to clients across the UK and internationally, as far afield as Tokyo and Hawaii.

Our first-rate network of contacts across the UK business community is of positive benefit to our clients and with a strong heritage in industry and commerce, we have a proven track record across a wide range of key sectors including public sector, industrial, office, retail, leisure and residential development.

Areas of expertise in delivering major valuation remits, include corporate mergers/acquisitions, investment portfolios and specialist assets across the spectrum, which include hospitals, distilleries and championship golf courses.
