JAM Transcription Services specialise in audio transcription for expert witnesses, legal and insurance companies, universities and students, having had many years experience in legal-based work, dissertations, interviews and focus groups. We have over 15 years senior secretarial/PA experience, which includes working for Royal Mail, the MOD and Foreign and Commonwealth Office. In these roles, confidentiality was of the utmost importance and we maintain that standard in all work we receive. We are friendly yet professional, efficient, accurate and also extremely flexible, being able to work evenings and weekends and can accommodate urgent work when required.
We are based in Oakham, Rutland, but our clients are based all over the UK due to easy access to the Web, email, fax and courier services. In fact, as we are based outside the London area, you will see that our rates are extremely competitive. Current clients include Educational Psychologists, Forensic Medical Examiners, Insurance Loss Adjusters, Barristers and students, who generally utilize digital dictation software, but we can also work from mini, midi, standard and Grundig tapes.
