Detailed description:
Jakss started life in the vibrant East End of London England, in 1977. We are one of the longest running childrens designer boutiques in the country. Situated just outside of the famous Roman Road market and a stones throw from the Olympic Village and Canary Wharf.

no name neededHad a terrible experience in this store staff was polite up to point of sale as I spent in excess of £300 pounds as it was my first time in this store and was referred to here by a friend so I
I thought to go lightly and to be honest I was glad I did! as although I was outside the 15 day exchange date items were still unworn and unopened from the bag at point of purchase as the cloths were bought as Christmas gifts and didn't get it back till today, I tried to return one item worth £70 pounds and explained that I and the parents of the child do not live near the area but was willing to exchange for even less than a half the price item (£30 top) as it was outside the exchange date I was told by the lady shop owner that I was "taking the piss"! and that "I should save it as I am sure you will have plenty other kids to give it to"(because of my race/skin tone) I found these comments very rude and unprofessional I have never seen or experienced a shop owner who would treat customers in this manner I have worked in retail as an undercover shopper and just wish I was doing it in this store as it was that bad! I have for example returned a top to next that was 3 months old and exchanged that for another? OK so I understand that I was a month outside the exchange date but the item was still in the original bag at purchase and had the tags on the clothing with receipt inside from date of purchase so I didn't see why I was told to "just buy another there's nothing we can do" with out given any other option I feel that the customer service is very bad in the sense that once they have your money they don't care I would advise to think carefully before buying from this store! as i wouldn't spend a pound in there even if my life depended on it!

AnnyLoVery large selection, helpful sellers. Some goods' prices remains favorable. I use to visit quite often to have a look.
