A little bit about us......
Established and launched in 2011 Jake's ToyBox is ran mainly by me, Helen and my partner, Rich. Occasionally our four kids, the dogs and the cat all want to be involved in their own little ways. The dogs run off with the paperwork, the cat sits on the laptop while I’m trying to work and the kids want to play with all the new toys.
Although you won’t catch us marching through the office wearing power suits we do maintain a professional attitude in everything we do. We’re enthusiastic, conscientious and a hard working team who strive to deliver excellent customer service. Customer satisfaction is by far the most difficult part of our job as “you can’t please all of the people all of the time.” We spend a lot of time bouncing ideas off one another and are happy to go the extra mile for our customers. However, if you do feel that we could do better, get in touch and we will respond.
