  My Partner bought a Galaxy Ace Smart Phone from their Totnes shop for my birthday. they said if I didn't like it I could take it back for a full refund. Two weeks later, on my birthday she gave it to me, but I am on Pay as You Go. They told her it was suitable for PAYG. I realised it would soon use up my credits so asked them for a refund, they said no because it had been two weeks. I took it back to the shop and the Salesman switched off all the services and said there you are it won't use up your credits now. I told him what use is a smart phone with the services switched off? but they still refused a refund. To cut a very long story short after them writing an abusive e-mail accusing my Partner of lieing I got onto their Head Office. They messed about not doing much but after me sending another e-mail I got a reply saying if I took the 'phone in the would replace it with a Motorola flip top phone. This was worth about £90 and the original phone was £209. I told my Partner to either get the refund on her card or get it in cash, she went to collect it for me as I was at work.

  I got a very distressed 'phone call from her saying they would swap the phone but refused to give a refund saying they phone was now not worth much and I should except the exchange as it was. I don't expect this type of service even from the most shoddy back street car salesman. Their service is terrible if I had done this deal I would have been conned out of about £120!! Please anyone reading this, go to another 'phone company. They do not fit the right phone to the right person as they say. As far as my experience goes they are just interested in ripping people off especially people who have no knowledge of mobile phones.
