Our lead time (production time) is six weeks for CM and CMT production from collection of complete dockets (main fabric and accessories required for production) to deliver to your designated address. We do provide warehousing where we can accumulate a clients raw materials and complete dockets for production.

We have our own in-house Quality Control staff also Quality Control Personnel from our Headquarters, UK trained to our clients individual requirements. We observe stringent needle procedure and have metal detection equipment installed. We work to B.S. Standards and European Standards.

Although clothing is our speciality we also offer first class injection moulding specialised and general haulage services.

The company employs over 1200 people operating from 14 factories, with a current output of over 100, 000 garments per week.

We strictly observe all employment regulations including age and employment conditions and health & safety. All employees undertake a monthly health check providing complete security and customer satisfaction.

We undertake, in the UK, sales and distribution of outside designed and manufactured garments.

We specialise in and manufacture an extensive range of garments for all the family. Although our main production uses woven and knitted fabrics we can also make items from synthetic fur when requested.

We use modern machinery including 12-head embroidery machines, heat seal and appliqué machines and fusing equipment, and all types of specialist machines; Bonidex, elasticators, picot-edge, zigzag, smocking machines, button-button whole, stud machines, bar-tacks, 3-4 & 5 thread over lockers, cover seam, twin and multi needle machines, and also basic sewing machines.

Our products are safe for babies and children as all buttons are attached to garments by two-thread lockstitch button sewn machines; also each piece of garment is controlled on special metal detector units.
