    THIS PASSENGER ACTUALLY MISSED THEIR FLIGHT AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FURTHER ASSIST A PASSENGER AS THE AIRLINE AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL FLIGHTS WHERE A PASSENGER DOES NOT ARRIVE. THE PASSENGER WAS TOLD TO GO THROUGH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY AND ISSTA DIRECT WOULD PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED SO THAT MONIES COULD BE RECOUPED BY THEM. ALL POSSIBLE WAS DONE TO ASSIST THEM.

    Hi all,

    I would like to have that opportunity to tell you about my hurt and my very very disappointed experience with Isstadirect.com

    My husband bought return ticket to Israel. June2010.

    On the flight day I (his wife) was rush to hospital for an emergency as I m 8 months pregnant.

    Isstadirect.com as a big company cancelled his flights (for both sides) without confirming from our side.

    It’s not the first purchased from isstadirect, isstadirect hurt my feelings very deeply

    Isstadirect 1. Not refund us 2. Cancel his flights with out our confirmation 3. Force us to buy new ticket

    4. Didn’t bother to ask what happen and how we feel.

    As a big company as isstadirect I hoped that they will refund us at least 50% price as they cancelled the flights if not the whole amount.

    I know there is terms and conditions, but there is emergency and I don’t need to tell you what happen…

    I have all the records (even hospital), as Marsha the manager was so rude and so apathy

    please be a ware!!!
