Everything is backed up by at least one redundant system. Yes, that DOES mean we put in a spare set of lines, we DO provide free ADSL as a side effect, we DO provide Disaster Recovery at Exchange (DRaE). Even if your whole office disappears callers will still reach you. Maybe to a voicemail, maybe a mobile phone, maybe a home or an alternative or temporary office. Why? Because those inbound calls are the ones you just cannot afford to lose.
We are also extremely good at helping customers handle those calls. Good call handling can make a company. Alas the reverse is also true. Get it wrong and clients will walk so not only can we supply the hardware and training, we can provide a warm blooded receptionist/virtual PA as well just for those periods when you need one!
