Providing training, resources, experience and support to those with mental health issues and learning difficulties. We are committed to providing social inclusion opportunities, and provide a range of services which 'help others to help themselves'. InterAct established its computer recycling and training social enterprise MillRace IT in June 2000 to support the work of the charity through its trading activities, creating and sustaining employment opportunities for people disadvantaged in our community. With surplus gift aided to the charity, a business or an individual can support our work by selling, recycling or donating IT or every time you buy a quality refurbished item on our eBay site. We help young people and adults to develop skills to overcome the challenges and obstacles facing people with learning disabilities. Partnerships with Essex County Council and other agencies give the programme an important and developing role within the County.

Mental Health First Aid Course -this course is internationally recognised. Mental Health First Aid is exactly what you might think – a first aid approach to mental health.
