Our Microsoft qualified Network Engineers are also fully trained hardware specialists and have a reputation for fast and accurate response to customer queries. Integrity Office currently provides support and maintenance to its customer base who use a wide variety of systems ranging from such server products.
As part of our computer support and maintenance service, Integrity Office provides a comprehensive telephone and remote support help desk to customers. Our support personnel are able (with the customers permission) to take control of the customers computer and use it as if they were sitting with the customer. This remote support technology removes the need for an engineer to visit the customer’s premises and as such is a quick and cost effective method of resolving customer IT issues.
Our dedicated team of Pegasus and Sage Consultants can provide you with informative help and advice when you need it most.
