We work with your business to design and implement a business planning cycle that is thorough, inclusive, practical and self sustaining. This will facilitate the production of top line Strategic Plans and detailed Business Plans plus profit and loss, cashflow and balance sheet forecasts to banking or venture capitalist standard. We can work as part of your management team or as facilitators.
Preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts, especially for the first time, require a great deal of time and expertise. Integral 2 will help you analyse your business in order that you are able to identify and measure relevant profit drivers on an ongoing basis. We can manage your entire budget process or simply build budget models for you.
