Intec Design can take you through the initial stages of a project from concept drawings through to completion, providing you with design only or design and build services.

The starting point is to acquire a suitable site. This could be an existing building or a green field site. Once this has been confirmed email any plans along with several photos of the area in question. Once Intec Design have this we will forward you our questionnaire, this will help us produce the pub that is right for you and your location. Along with this we will outline our fees. The start of the process would involve a detailed concept plan produced by Intec along with a 3D perspective drawing showing the new pub when complete. The next step then would be our detailed builders drawings, these are designed in great detail which will enable the fit out of the pub to be priced and built accurately. For a set fee Intec Design will:

Design the pub interior and exterior.

Project manage the manufacture of the pub in Ireland before shipping.

Manufacture all elements including joinery (woodwork), furniture, light fixtures, glass work, metalwork, signage, floor finishes, wall and ceiling finishes, feature work, external treatment and bric a brac.

Transport the pub and install.

Once the design and quotation is agreed upon, contracts are signed. The detailed design of the pub and manufacture progress commences.

At the same time, the client commences preparation of the shell and retains local building contractors to carry out this work.
