Josie Very poor communication, card was recorded wrong and declined on Thurs pm, failed to contact me fri, had to ring on Monday when expecting it to turn up!

Christopher McCannRecommended by 1st chioce parts, bery polite and helpful on the phone sent them pics and serial numbers of turbo still sent the wrong turbo, they sent it to my house instead of garage, then told me they sent a replace ment even gave me a tracking number which belonged to someone else, they picked there turbo up and will not answer the phone do not want to refund me. im still without a car cannot afford a turbo until refunded, out of work they are aware of this, poor customer care, very un professional even told me not to be stupid at one point !Do not deal with this dealer you will regret it.

STUART DUFFBe wary of dealing with this company after parting with £132.00 for a used turbo and not sending the parts, the saying they would credit the card to date thay have failed to do so, buyers beware.
