A wide range of accessories are available to ensure our insect screens and pet screens can be fitted to almost any door, window or other opening where insects and other pests need to be excluded, or valuable pets need to be kept indoors. As well as keeping insect pests out, our pet screens are an effective means of keeping your valuable indoor pets safe and secure, whilst enabling you to have your doors and windows open for ventilation.

Flyguard Insect Screens set industry standards for effectiveness, good design and long life. There are three key considerations: The strength of the mesh, the durability of the mesh-to-frame bond and the durability of the screen frame, fittings and guiding channels. The mesh is made from woven fibreglass coated with PVC, strengthened at each crossing point by infra-red spotwelding. It will not shrink, fray or distort throughout its long life.

The mesh size of approx 2.3mm, does not impede ventilation and makes it fully translucent remaining fine enough to exclude all flying insects. In the case of doors and removable screens the mesh is held taut in the aluminium frame profiles with a rubber spline (or gasket).
