The company was founded in 1997 by Cath King, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and uses a network of carefully chosen people with complementary skills to deliver public and private sector projects.
As a ‘connector’ of people and ideas, Cath favours techniques that encourage people to change their thinking and discover their own resources. She is perceptive, incisive and persistent and works with people at all stages of their career. Cath has a particular interest in teams and team dynamics and enjoys working with Mavericks.
