  Having just taken my car to the Inner Link Ring Road I can not say that I was impressed with Craig the owner. The outside view gives it should be cheap and cheerful but is not. When I asked him to look at my car I was told he would look and get back with in a short time, alas three days later and no contact I telephoned him and was then told he may have and idea what was wrong with it. Two days later and he has taken it to a third party to find out what was wrong with it, only he did not ask me or get authorisation from me, which cost a couple of hundred pounds and he told me he did this for me out of the goodness of his on heart (or was that his pocket). Summary if you must use him get all work to be done in writing with costs and phone every day for an update. Make sure tell only carry work you have agreed on.
