To support the products sold into the UK and Ireland IMS Ltd operates an Aftermarket and Service network which has over 230 independent Aftermarket spare parts distributors and 50 service centres.
IMS Ltd has always been very much aware of the benefits available to users of its products if they participate in well constructed and well presented training courses. Such courses can save a great deal of time and expense by offering quick initial learning curves, and instilling confidence in the learner.
IMS offers a range of courses relating to its range of products including SAF trailer axle/air-suspensions and Haacon lifting systems. Courses are extremely adaptable, and can be prepared for users at all practical and administrative levels For example, courses on spare parts recognition have proved extremely useful for service and maintenance personnel.
