INDIAN CONSULATE IN BIRMINGHAM

  worst experience, I phoned the receprionist, hwo informed me that for my sons extension of passport I need to send my passport as a proof and she said that they will return it in 1 day and 2, I told her that I have to fly to toronto in 2 weeks time, She said ' Sir Jee, dont worry , u will get in 1-2 days, I kept waiting and waiting m tried to contact them on fone which nobody picked , tried 100 times, No luck. one day some body picked up,and to my surprise she told me that they never return the passport so soon. so I had to take and appintment and personally collect it..... There is no complaint/ suggestion book because they dont want to improve,,,,,,,8/1/2010 7:49:50 PM
