Detailed description:
IPSA was established in 2002 by William Halpern and Stephen Turner. The partners have both worked in the field of criminal defence for over 15 years, aswell as having accumulated experience and expertise in other areas of law.
William has worked at a number of prestigious criminal law firms since the late 1980s. He has amassed an impressive catalogue of experience in police station defence work along with criminal and civil litigation generally.
Stephen began working in the area of criminal defence in the late 1980s. He has vast experience dealing with all types of cases. His research and publishing interests are in the field of international environmental law, specialising in human rights and the environment.
