Ind.com Construction Ltd. was formed in October 2000 to service the needs for a quality provider for industrial building maintenance and repair. We built our business by specialising in working closely with our clients to develop strategies to work around their day to day business.
Our experience in the paper, feeds, chemical, and food production industry is extensive, and we grew through taking on works of a technical nature that required careful planning on and off site. In 2003 we began working in the educational sector, initially for one primary school, which quickly grew through head teacher and governor recommendations into numerous primary and secondary schools throughout Cheshire.
We are now the first choice for construction services for many of our clients, and are privileged to be on the preferred contractor list for a number of large companies and organisations like SCA Group, Amcol Minerals, Lagmar Holdings and the Diocese of Shrewsbury.

Our excellent reputation and level of experience has given our primary and secondary school clients the peace of mind that there school is in safe hands when it comes to building works.
Our long term relationships with large school premises owners like the Diocese of Shrewsbury and Cheshire County Council, along with many single school clients such as Lymm High School and Tattenhall Park Primary School, is due to our ability to work in partnership with each different client. Our in-house team of construction professional have the skills, experience and equipment to perform the works necessary to repair, refurbish and maintain your buildings to the highest of standards.
