Inclusive Design Limited is a friendly, open Architectural Practice which aims to provide a high quality service in partnership with clients and construction professionals to realize the client’s expectations. Formed in 1991 the company has extensive experience in a wide variety of projects, from small residential extensions to multi-million pound retail and residential developments. Good design and good management are at the heart of the business whether undertaking commissions for new buildings, extensions, refurbishment, or renovation. We have considerable experience and sensitivity in managing the special needs of listed and religious buildings, and are adept in negotiations and compliance with all statutory authorities.
Detailed description:
Providing advice and support for a large retail company based in Nottingham, training in CAD at the Nottingham Trent University, through to providing training both on and off site for CAD users (please phone for details).
Inclusive Design limited also provide construction management services. We will oversee the project from starts on site through to completion, to ensure that the project is completed as designed and to the satisfaction of the client.
Considerable experience in all residential work from extensions and individual houses through the upgrade of tower blocks to major housing schemes.
Golf courses, sport centres, swimming pools (conventional and free-form), theatres, public houses and restaurants.
