    I used to use visit Inches on special occasions and always left satisfied. My last two visits have left me saddened and disappointed to what has happened to this once great salon. The treatment rooms through the back appear grubby and there were lots of bits of rubbish lying around on the floor, not what you’d expect from a Clarins gold centre. The treatments themselves were satisfactory but the coldness of the staff and unclean rooms means it’ll be a long time before I return there. Come back Julie :(

    This place has gone right downhill since the change of ownership. Staff seem indifferent and the therapist I had did not seem to know what she was doing half the time. I appreciate she was young but to pay good money for, basically, what seemed to be a trainee was absurd. I will not be going back after my complaint to the rude receptionist seemed to fall on deaf ears! Far better places to go now and this is one regular customer they won't see again!!!
