We have learned over the last few years that a "one size fits all" approach to mobile marketing does not work. No two advertising agencies want to run the same campaign and no two clients have the same CRM database to be integrated with. As a result we offer - and can support - a range of products that include off-the-shelf, gateway and tailored solutions alongside two approaches to the service side of our offering; managed campaigns and consultancy.

Online Applications - a range of off-the-shelf products, hosted on Incentivated's servers, accessible from any PC with internet access. These products can be used on a stand-alone basis or integrated with the client's systems.

Gateway Access - all of our online applications are accessible via a 'gateway' designed for use by developers.

Tailored Solutions - dedicated solutions built upon Incentivated's modular infrastructure, either hosted at Incentivated or the client and using our or your existing network connectivity. Incentivated's mobile marketing software is adaptable to meet your needs.

Managed Services - clients often chose this option for a short term campaign. Your account manager will run, on your behalf, a mobile marketing or customer service project using our own platform. You will be heavily involved in the project design and will be able to access results in real time. Post campaign analysis is often included in the brief.

Consulting - Incentivated is happy to provide consulting services to clients wishing to build and maintain a system in-house. Incentivated can recommend an appropriate architecture and even design a solution taking into account the client's existing set-up and the project objectives.
