House Group plc’s aim is to establish itself as a foremost property investment, trading and development company procuring profitable niche market investments and portfolios and breaking them up or trading them on for profit.
Portfolios: Our company specialises in residential and commercial portfolios especially those that are in need of rescue and turn around, where we can refurbish and place secure tenancies and covenants in them and then sell them for a good profit
Property Stock: In House Group own a substantial well performing property portfolio of houses and apartments from the North East down the the West Midlands. Our property is management by expert property management companies to attain the best rents and keep arrears to a minimum. Many of our properties are let on long term contracts to Local Authorities, government departments and health Authorities.
Development:
In House Groups development arm has been temporarily put on hold due to the UKs present adverse financial position on new development projects.
Foreign Property: The UK public have an avid appetite for holiday homes and foreign investment in the world. This is being proven by the medias reports on holiday homes markets of recent years. Our company plan to capitalise on this and start our first venture into this market by forming 'In House Abroad', a dedicated foreign property portal. Starting with a number of villas, chalets and log cabins we plan to expand into a number of other holiday locations and much larger more ambitious marketing projects once we have established the model.
Property trading & Consultancy under In House Consulting Ltd: Another lucrative activity within the company sourcing good exclusive property deals around the UK in both residential and commercial and matching them with eager investment buyers making either a profit margin or a sales commission.
