Many of our 25 locations are open for service for 24 hours, others for extended hours – giving flexibility and optimising vehicle availability. Of around 900 employees approximately 350 are technician grades.
We have a demonstrable commitment to continuous technical training – for both sales and technical colleagues – including a substantial apprentice programme (currently over 60 apprentices in training). We also support our customers’ interests through industry associate memberships of SOE/IRTE, Freight Transport Association and Road Haulage Association.

Service --- Our fully trained service staff provide a fast and efficient service at competitive rates, ensuring our customers trucks stay on the road in between servicing. Using the latest diagnostic equipment, and drawing from a wealth of experience in commercial vehicles, we undertake service and repair work on all makes of trucks and trailers. As a DAF Service Dealer we are ready to provide customers with service packages that suit their operations, including: - Full Repair & Maintenance Contracts - Servicing Contracts - Menu Pricing We also have advanced equipment for the calibration of tachographs and Road Speed Limiters as well as for preparing vehicles for MOT testing. If a breakdown does occur we have technicians on call 24/7 every day of the year as part of DAFaid, well known for setting industry standards for roadside assistance. Our highly trained techinicians use sophisticated DAVIE XD diagnostic equipment to ensure that your trucks achieve their optimum performance and fully meet legal requirements.
Should you suffer a breakdown, our technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to deal with it. They form part of DAFaid, a nationwide service that sets the industry standard for roadside assistance. Their vehicles have on-board diagnostic equipment for fast fault tracing and carry a comprehensive range of parts for on-the-spot repairs. Fully equipped with satellite navigation and mobile telephones to ensure you're kept informed through DAFaid's central control room.
