Our fully trained service staff provide a fast and efficient service at competitive rates, ensuring our customers trucks stay on the road in between servicing. Using the latest diagnostic equipment, and drawing from a wealth of experience in commercial vehicles, we undertake service and repair work on all makes of trucks and trailers. We also have advanced equipment for the calibration of tachographs and Road Speed Limiters as well as for preparing vehicles for MOT testing.

Imperial Commercials is committed to supporting truck and van operators to the highest standards, maximising vehicle availability or uptime. We offer a wide range of product and service solutions to meet the varying needs of individual vehicle users. Our intention is to provide vehicle and after sales packages on an efficient, value for money basis recognising individual applications and needs.
Many of our 25 locations are open for service for 24 hours, others for extended hours – giving flexibility and optimising vehicle availability. Of around 900 employees approximately 350 are technician grades.
We have a demonstrable commitment to continuous technical training – for both sales and technical colleagues – including a substantial apprentice programme (currently over 60 apprentices in training).
