IMPACT FACTORY

Impact Factory was formed in 1992 by Jo Ellen Grzyb and Robin Chandler.

All the training we do is focused on transferability from the training day to the individuals life and work place.

Impact Factory doesnt hire training deliverers, we dont even train up talented people and give them a bunch of manuals and send them forth to work with our clients.

Every member of the Impact Factory team of Partners and Associates has to undergo months of extensive and rigorous internal training so that they understand our ethos, our flexible ways of working. Only then can they begin delivering programmes that are guaranteed to be tailored to each individual attending a course.

This is the quality we offer: our courses arent off the shelf; neither are we.

Open courses:

Course numbers are limited. This means that every delegate gets focused and personal attention to deal with their specific issues. The courses are run by the same facilitators who run our tailored corporate training, so the quality of the training is exceptional.

Tailored training for corporate groups:

We create and develop totally tailored programmes on any interpersonal skills issues.

Anything from relevant, in-depth, delightful and immediately useful programmes for small groups, through to dynamic, energetic, entertaining, but equally relevant programmes for larger groups.

As our clients needs change, so does our repertoire of courses: they expand to fit those changing needs. This is one of our greatest assets - that we have a group of people and a body of work capable of addressing any issue where people have to communicate better with other people.
